Advance reservations required, no deposits are charged at the time of reservation but a credit card number is required to hold the room. There is a 72 hour cancellation policy. No-shows and cancellation with less than 72 hours notice is charged the full rental rate. All rates subject to an additional 6% Sales Tax. Check-out Time is by 11am. Check-in after 4pm.
Breakfast is included in all rates, breakfast served between 7:30 and 9:30am. A Breakfast basket is included for the Carriage House customers or a "To go" breakfast is available. A guest phone is located in lobby. Guests are asked to use a phone card for long distance calls. There is a TV in the sitting room available for guests. Other amenities include towels, linens, bathrobes, late-afternoon Tea service, and ice and glassware available for guest's drinks.
There is a 10% Group rate discount to rent all three B&B rooms and a 20% discount to rent all rooms plus the Carriage House.
Please note that all rooms are on the second floor of the Inn. There is a set of stairs to the second floor, and no other handicapped access equipment. If you cannot negotiate a flight of stairs to the bedrooms we may need to arrange other options for you. In addition, most of the bathtubs are claw-foot type tubs. These require being able to step over a high tub-side. Please consider this when making a reservation.
